Education & Programming Manager
Reporting into the Education and Accelerator Lead with a dotted line into our Programming Lead, the Education & Programming Manager is a key player in Huckletree’s Innovation Team who delivers our calendar of educational products, working with partners and suppliers as well as the Huckletree team to deliver exceptional experiences for our audiences. They will be responsible for budgets, speaker and mentor relationships, plus coordination with the internal Central and Community teams to ensure smooth delivery and efficiency. Finally, they will be tasked with gathering feedback and insights for each project to inform the future development of our educational products.
This is a hands-on, dynamic and creative operations role. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative, is able to wear many hats, works autonomously and communicates effectively, with strong networking and organisation skills. This person will have the opportunity to deliver real value and create impact for our members, networks and external audiences. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building community. We are open to non-traditional backgrounds.

– An idea generator AND executor – an ability to work confidently, think creatively and solve problems without being closely managed

Previous experience working with startups or at a startup
Client-facing experience and event delivery experience
A quick learner who can go from 0-60 without skipping a beat
