Skills and Abilities

Prints out and distributes daily outbound workflow.

Controls outbound shipping and dock workflow and associated shipping paperwork.

Interacts with Customer Service department to ensure that all orders are scheduled for shipment.

Processes out of stock items to remove from packing lists.

Performs ship confirmation process on all outbound shipments.

Ensures accuracy of routing control documents.

Ensures accuracy of loading documents with planned deliveries.

Prepares all outbound paperwork and processes outbound mail for delivery to store

Prepares all route control documentation

Qualifications

Minimum of GED, some collage course work desired.

Prior administrative function in a warehouse environment desired.

Computer literate.

Strong math skills.

Some inventory control experience.
