We are currently hiring data entry clerks, full charge bookkeepers, administrative assistants and a social media assistant. We have 3 locations, The Village of Montgomery (Orange County), Town of Fishkill (Dutchess County)& The Village of Larchmont (Westchester County).

This position does not require a college degree. There is huge room for growth in the accounting profession. This is a great place to start. There are growth opportunities to become a full-charge bookkeeper & or QuickBooks consultant.

3 Weeks Earned Paid Time Off

4:00 Fridays (The office closes at 4:00 every Friday.)

Sports Friday (Wear jeans & your favorite sports jersey.)

You get your birthday off and paid. (Must be past 90 probation.)

Anyone hired will go through an extensive 4-week training program. Pay is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience and skill testing.
