Our growing company is looking for bookkeeping assistants/data entry clerks to join our team. This person must love number crunching and solving problems. This is a very fast-paced environment with lots of technology and programs. We love our clients and we love bookkeeping!

We are looking for full-time bookkeeping assistants and full charge bookkeepers for our Fishkill, NY office. The hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm / Monday to Friday. We offer all the perks including your birthday off. When you are off of work you are really off of work. No more work emails on your iPhone!!! No one will text you during off-hours. We offer an extensive on-the-job training program. This position does not require a college degree. There is huge room for growth in the accounting profession. This is a great place to start.

This is a full-time position with hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. There are growth opportunities to become a full charge bookkeeper, QuickBooks Consultants, and Trainers. Please do not apply if you are looking for job flexibility. Alternative hours will not be considered. Covid Vaccine with booster if applicable are also required.

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
