Hudson Valley Umbrella Co Hiring for Customer Service / Order Entry, Valley Cottage (Rockland) NY Job at Valley Cottage, NY Full Time

The Hudson Valley Umbrella company is in the business of manufacturing umbrellas overseas and selling through the Promotional Product industry. We receive orders from customers (businesses) who request their logo to be printed on umbrellas, which they use as gifts, for merchandising, etc. From patio umbrellas for restaurants to compact umbrellas for a car glove compartment, we do it all.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Updating orders in our system. Speaking to customers via phone. Some administrative work, such as emails and file folder creation.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be well organized, able to work quickly during busy periods, and have good communication skills, both written and verbal. QuickBooks and knowledge of art files in Adobe Illustrator are a plus.

HOURS: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, with infrequent need of overtime.

PAY: $23/HR.
