Hull & Company, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Insurance Clerk for its growing team in Horsham, PA

Assists the Brokers & Account Executives by reviewing insurance applications, inspections, and other pertinent information to evaluate, classify, and rate individuals and groups for insurance by performing the following duties.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Answers incoming calls & forwards to appropriate teammate asneeded and handles any voice mails left.
• Greets visitors to the office and directs them to the Hull teammate(s) here to see
• Oversee the Hull incoming fax line/Email folder and forward faxes in a timely manner to appropriate teammate.
• Receive all deliveries to the office (FedEx, UPS, etc) and routes to appropriate teammate.
• Coordinates calendars for Conference Room to avoid any double bookings.
• Assist Accounting with incoming checks and deposits as needed.
• Handles ordering supplies for the office
• Works with management company for the premises to handle any requests/issues
• Handles finance agreements for the Profit Center
• Enter/update producers in Producer Maintenance System
• Policy issuance per carrier portals (RSUI and Atlantic Casualty)
• Performs other administrative and processing duties to help others, whenever time allows.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems for processing information
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
