Description
Responsibilities
Insider threats can be ‘deliberate’ or ‘inadvertent’ actions that come from people within the organization (employees, former employees, contractors, business associates) who have access to Humana’s secure data and systems – both can cause significant monetary, operational and reputational harm. The program created must include: governance structure and committee; appropriate policies and standards; training and education; enhanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls for all Humana lines of business and high-risk channels (i.e., email, egress web traffic and end points) as defined by a Data Risk Assessment and Threat Model; secure digital identity across all channels and protected and monitored privileged accounts; user behavioral analytics; anomaly detection, escalation, response and recovery.
