Description
The Lead, Electronic Medical Record Implementation manages the onboarding of new divisions (medical practices) and provides support through post implementation for the electronic medical record (EMR) projects. The Lead, Electronic Medical Record Implementation works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Lead, Electronic Medical Record Implementation designs systems to store electronic medical record data accurately and to capture the state of population health across time. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Current experience with designs systems to store electronic medical record data accurately and to capture the state of population health across time
Experience providing support through post implementation for the electronic medical record (EMR) projects
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

The compensation range represents a good-faith estimate of annualized starting pay at the time of posting based on a full-time 40-hour workweek and may vary based on geographic location and/or employment type. Individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills such as education, experience, certifications, etc.
