Humana looking to hire a Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers.

Pay: $18.99 – $25.86 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and operate a switchboard.

• Answer inquiries about the company.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy.
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
• Take and relay messages.
• Organize and manage multiple office needs and offer assistance enthusiastically.
• Proactively provide general administrative support and help with company documents and documents.
• Take the opportunity to work with other teams on selected projects to boost commercial initiatives.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team

• Update appointment calendars.

• Schedule follow-up appointments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Must exhibit professionalism, excellent interactive skills, and strong customer service.
• Must display strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Possess the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results.
• Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
