What You’ll Do

The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for:

• Preparing correspondence, documents and pleadings
• Serving and filing court documents
• Scheduling dates for Examinations for Discovery and Trials
• Communicating and corresponding with all involved parties (clients, opposing counsels, experts and others)
• Managing emails and maintaining calendars
• Other administrative duties as required

What You Bring

• Lawyer – Minimum 3 years of personal injury (plaintiff or defence) experience required, this must include some trial experience
• Legal Administrative Assistant – Minimum 2 years of general litigation experience
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
• Impressive organization skills
