Coregas manufacture and distribute compressed gases and cryogenic liquids to almost all industries, ranging from heavy industry and manufacturing to specialty users such as laboratories. About the role:

As a Customer Services Officer you will be working within a team to meet the needs of their customers through efficient handling of all orders, docket processing and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Coregas brand through every customer interaction
• Process orders via phone, fax, and email through to successful delivery
• Enter all orders received into Exo ensuring accuracy of data and cylinder stock codes entered
• Ensure all paperwork and administrative tasks required for all key cylinder processing and handling procedures is complete
• Comply with Health & Safety and compliance

  
Key experience and attributes:

• Experience in a Customer Service or Administration role
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft platforms
• Commercial awareness, able to make good decisions in line with business objectives
• Strong communication skills and able to engage across the business
• Able to take accountability for key result areas, achieves results and continuously seek to improve standards
