About the role:
As a Customer Services Officer you will be working within a team to meet the needs of their customers through efficient handling of all orders, docket processing and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Coregas brand through every customer interaction
- Process orders via phone, fax, and email through to successful delivery
- Enter all orders received into Exo ensuring accuracy of data and cylinder stock codes entered
- Ensure all paperwork and administrative tasks required for all key cylinder processing and handling procedures is complete
- Comply with Health & Safety and compliance
Key experience and attributes:
- Experience in a Customer Service or Administration role
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft platforms
- Commercial awareness, able to make good decisions in line with business objectives
- Strong communication skills and able to engage across the business
- Able to take accountability for key result areas, achieves results and continuously seek to improve standards
