A Maintenance Supervisor is sought to lead, drive and develop the team in this 24/7 operation.

Opportunity

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be leading the shift maintenance team to ensure effective implementation of the maintenance strategy. You’ll have a “hands on” leadership style, working alongside your team to deliver expected performance. The working week runs Sunday to Wednesday, 6am-4.30pm.

You’ll be an important addition to the team as a leader in maintaining and developing the engineering function. You will have a continuous improvement mentality and lead hands on implementation. While maintaining communication with key stakeholders across the business.

Personality and attitude will be key to driving a great culture and getting the best out of the resources available.
