Copywriter will develop direct, personable content from complex material in support of the organization’s communications strategies.

Copywriter Responsibilities:

• Creates content for digital channels (e.g., blogs, apps, websites, etc.).
• Follows the organization’s style guide, including editorial standards, and brand tone and voice.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their relation to pertinent areas.
• Communicates with creative and business stakeholders in detail and nuance when necessary, often in written form, to successfully complete tasks and remotely work as a team.
• Requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures for editorial and compliance review.

Copywriter Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in writing-focused field (communications, journalism, etc.).
• 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience with a focus on digital content, preferably as part of a large organization.
• Deep understanding of and experience in consumer communications.
• Empathetic writing approach, ability to translate complex source material into plain language.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Copywriter Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Word and SharePoint expertise.
• AP Stylebook familiarity.
• Jira Align and Aprimo experience.
