Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

•Maintain Quality Department SAP System for incoming shipments.

•Tracking rejected and scrapped inventory and producing monthly revenue reporting for scrapped material.

•Schedule incoming shipments of raw materials for production and assist with coordinating the work flow or raw materials and service parts contract work.

•Arrange shipment of bad e-coated parts for stripping process to an outside vendor.

•Monitored departmental budget for supplies, cost center expenses and other related accounting duties.

•Create purchase requisitions for employee training, office supplies and equipment.

•Create charge-backs to vendors and suppliers for accounting and finance department.

•Follow up on open 8D’s and pending.

•Process Engineering revisions for parts drawings and work instructions.

•Assist with directing the process by which goods are received from vendors, processing delivery notifications and overseeing holding area for inventory audit.
