Job Description

Dispatcher/Storage person will be responsible for taking calls from airline agents and dispatching agents for passengers needing assistance, dispatchers will record all calls, dispatchers assign each call to available wheelchair agents in a professional courteous manner.Prior dispatch experience is highly encouraged. Dispatcher must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task.”Dispatcher/Storage will be responsible for passengers luggage in the storage facility.Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, as well as converse comfortably with customers and readable penmanship.Requires the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.Requires the ability to safely lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or more.Have abilities to move fish boxes in and out of walk-in freezers, and luggage onto shelves.Provide excellent service to customer who come in. Good to have accurate, timely and efficient orders done. Can pull prepare and process daily orders. Reviews orders for accuracy.Utilizes computer, cash register and credit card machine to manage accurate orders.Assists in moving all items of orders to correct location and pulling correctly to customers.Follows all security and safety procedures established by the company.Assist if needed in all maintenance responsibilities and activities established by Dispatch/storage.We are open 365 days of the year.
