Hurix Digital Hiring for Assessment Developers at Remote Full Time

We are currently looking for USA Based Assessment Developers for one of our US based online University client. This would require 80-120 hours of monthly bandwidth per month it is a long term contractual role (Duration-8-9 months).

ADs – Oversee SME item writing for both summative, formative, and CPLT items. Screen items to ensure they follow item writing standards and guidelines.

AD Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in I/O (Industrial and Organizational Psychology).
Experience in Item development
Experience in assessment or testing
Strong verbal communication skills & academic writing skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines with strong attention to detail required.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
