Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa has current openings for Banquet Servers.

Daily activities of our Banquet Servers include:

• Setting up: tablecloths, place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet.
• Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests.
• Replenish food and beverage according to event specs.
• Remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.

• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

A successful Banquet Server will be team-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and be able to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time, climb stairs, kneel, reach, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
