About the role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to based at Stokes Valley Pool + Fitness to provide operational and administrative support to the Neighbourhoods and communities group. You’ll be responsible for facility management, service delivery and performance reporting.

Working collaboratively with the wider team, consistent and excellent customer service and support is the key to success in this role.

Day to day you’ll

• Manage pool operations to make sure our customers enjoy a clean, enjoyable, safe environment
• Preparing rosters and overseeing staff wages
• Lead and collaborate across the team, ensuring they are trained and fully supported to undertake their roles

About You

Naturally, you will have a current Pool Lifeguard Competency, First Aid and Swimming Pool Water Treatment Certificate.

You will also be an experienced people leader with the desire and ability to work with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
