About the role

You will join the Strategy and Planning Team providing valuable advice through insights gained from surveys and other initiatives created to hear the community’s voice.

You’ll use a multitude of collection methods to find information, analyse and present information to the Head of Department to influence decision making at the Corporate Leadership Team level. There is also an element of reporting on key organisation performance.

About You

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across various systems, being involved in focus groups and designing effective surveys. You’ll also bring:

• Extensive experience at a senior / principal level in research and evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to identify, collect, organise and analyse information, including data to enable decision making
• A qualification in a relevant discipline
• Ability to develop program logic with stakeholders
• Technical computer and data manipulation skills
