JOB SCOPE

· Provide full body and head massage treatments to spa customers.

· Prepare, tidy and ensure the cleanliness of the spa at all times.

· Keep updated with daily bookings and make necessary preparations accordingly.

· Check and ensure product supplies remain adequately stocked daily.

· Have a complete understanding of the Spa’s products and services and adhere to the spa’s policy and procedures.

· Willing to work retail mall’s hours, weekends, and public holidays subject to 5 or 5.5 days work week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· With CIBTEC, CIDESCO /ITEC qualifications, or other recognized professional certificates.

· Min 1 year experience as a spa therapist.

· Keen learner, positive working attitude, and a team player.

· Good communication and customer service skills.
