The Hy-Vee Distribution Center in CHARITON, IOWA is hiring for 2nd shift (6-2a) Produce Order Selectors. These jobs start at up to $22.66 per hour (including freezer and night differentials), $25.96 at one year, and $29.77 after 2 years + incentive pay averaging around 50 cents to $1 extra per hour extra for employees in their first few years of employment. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

We are also hiring for 1st and 2nd shift part-time Order Selectors with flexible schedules starting at up to $16 Mon-Thurs and $18 Fri-Sun. Furthermore, we are hiring for both full and part-time HBC Selectors (light lifting) on the 4pm shift.

Requirements

· Must be able to work weekends. (On rotating schedules, you will have one weekend off per 4 weeks)

· Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced and physically demanding position that requires working on your feet for 8 to 10 hours on concrete, lifting 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.

· For freezer positions, you must be able to work in an environment that is -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

Duties

· Responsible for utilizing a headset and electric pallet jack to select products from the warehouse floor in a timely manner

· Responsible for building pallets of the ordered product in an efficient manner.
