At Hyphen, we envision a future where everyone is equipped with the skillset, inspiration and community support to make their unique dent in the world.
Together with a growing, determined team, we are committed to building a cohort-based learning platform enabling lifelong learning and development at work for the next generation.
We are kicking it off with a graduate programme with which early career professionals find impactful work in start-ups, get up-skilled next to working full-time while joining a global community of like-minded peers – but this is only the beginning.
We are fortunate to partner with some of the best people in the space, are backed by world-class investors and have raised a substantial seed round from one of Europe’s top VC’s.
Now we are looking for a Head of Education (f/m/x) to help us enable 1 million young professionals to learn the skills to succeed in the future of work and find their dream jobs by 2030.
This is the second education role at Hyphen and you’ll have a wide purview. It comes with both equal measures of responsibility, great opportunities to learn and to get your hands dirty and have a real impact.
You’ll lead the development and delivery of the training programmes and work closely with the operations and product programme teams to build a cohort-based learning platform enabling lifelong learning and development at work. Our courses are co-created together with industry experts (role and industry-specific) and personal and professional development coaches.
And we want you to grow into the Chief Education Officer role short-term and we will support you in your journey from day one.
We know – sometimes, you can’t tick every box. We would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit!
Please also apply if you don’t tick all the boxes in our description. We know that no candidate is ever perfect for the role and that there will be people out there who bring things to the table we haven’t even thought of yet (and are super excited by this!).
