I AM MENtality Hiring for Accounting Clerk Job at Baltimore, MD Full Time

I AM MENtality (501c3) is a local Baltimore- based nonprofit in need of an Accounting Clerk. The position will be responsible for supporting the montioring and maintenance of the organization’s financial books and records, audit preparation, accounts payables and receivables, and support and training for staff as needed. The Accounting Clerk will also provide financial forecasting and strategic goals setting support to the CEO and Ladership Team.

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting and leadership team.
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Regular entry of key data and financial transactions in database.
• Executing all other assigned roles and jobs of an information systems consultant in the concerned information technology company

Contractual: 5-7 hours per week

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour

Experience:
