We are a small, but thriving real estate investment company. We have many transactions at a time, and often get 5 or more deals in a week. We are looking for an assistant to manage the transaction details, as well as assist with details pertaining to the dispositions of properties.
The person we are looking for will have experience in the field of wholesaling or real estate transactions, and will be able to do many tasks needed to keep things organized and running smoothly. You will need to be a self starter, and be able to understand directions quickly. A strong command of the English language is crucial, as communicating effectively is a critical part of this position. You will be speaking on the phone to utility companies, title companies, inspectors, photographers, homeowners and English speaking team members. The ideal candidate will understand scheduling and spreadsheets, and be very detail oriented. This position requires someone who is also very sharp with technology. You must have a very strong understanding of Google drive, as there will be things required such as uploading documents and photos, and giving people access to sensitive information in the drive.
