IAA, Inc., a leading provider of loss recovery services to the insurance industry in Canada has an opening for a Office Manager to join the team at our facility in North Hamilton, ON.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, dynamic and hands on individual to manage our customer service operations and interact with other branch operations at our facility.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer general business office activities.
• Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, fax equipment, telephone, stationery supplies, order processing, and security.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Design more efficient ways of processing work.
• Develop working relationships with vendors.
• Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs.
• Resolve branch-level employee issues.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Years of Experience:

• 3-5 years

Age Requirement:

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills
• Professional and clean appearance
• Bilingual in English/French

Preferred Skills:

• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience
• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Auto titling and auto industry experience
• Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment process
