As a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing operational and project-related communications for IAG NZ across the entire organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass managing change, remediation, and personalised compliance communications for both Direct and Bank Partner Customers on a nationwide scale.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering customer communications for IAG NZ’s consumer brands across the organisation ensuring comprehensive coverage across all customer touchpoints. You’ll support the Lead Customer Communications to deliver communications with a strong customer focus and appropriate use of data. This could include channels such as eDM, DM, website, app, outbound calling and customer documentation.
You’ll be competent in translating complex and sometimes technical information into easy-to-understand communications. A key aspect of your role will involve adept stakeholder management, enabling you to define customer impact and manage delivery expectations effectively. You will also contribute to maintaining robust internal processes with a key focus on managing and mitigating risk.
We have multiple 12 month fixed-term opportunities available within our Customer Communications team. These positions offer flexibility, allowing it to be based anywhere in New Zealand (preferably Auckland or Wellington).
