YOUR ROLE

As a Social Media & Content Marketing Lead you’ll lead, implement and deliver our content marketing and social media strategy and roadmap to enhance our brands’ engagement with our existing and future customers, as well as manage the reputation of our brands through our owned channels.

Working across New Zealand, we are a friendly and diverse bunch of people and are looking for someone who fits in well and is keen to get stuck in. You’ll be supported by 3 Social Media Specialists and work closely with our brand teams, agency partners and internal stakeholders. We do a combination of working from the home and 1-2 days in the office.

This position is offered as a permanent, full-time opportunity, open to any IAG office locations in New Zealand.

About You

As a Social Media & Content Marketing Leadyou’ll leverage your strong understanding of content and social media marketing to bring our content marketing and social media strategy and roadmap too life, and ensure the team is producing content that delivers high engagement and business results. You’ll have proven experience in leading projects or campaigns and be able to work cross-functionally. You’ll also demonstrate

• 5+ years’ experience in content roles; either agency or in-house.
• Experience managing social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of social ad campaign management within Facebook Business Manager and audience targeting.
• Curiosity and keen eye for strong, engaging creative and copy.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills essential in content production and management.
