Position: PT OFFICE/DATA ENTRY CLERK

Direct report to: OFFICE MANAGER

IBERIA FOODS NJ – 2nd shift OFFICE/DATA ENTRY

DESCRIPTION:

This is a part-time position who works directly with the Office Manager. Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required

Bi-Lingual (ENG/SP) Preferred

3:30pm to 8pm or close (sometimes may be later)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check in route drivers daily – paper work and monies if applicable.

Accurately input information into computer

Settle driver delivery routes daily

Reconciles invoice discrepancies during route settlement.

Document and track driver personnel over/short

Communicate driver errors to Sales / Warehouse / and Office

Work on special projects periodically as assigned by supervisor.

Enter presale orders as needed

Print load sheets for warehouse and presale tickets for route driver

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Math skills

Excellent attendance record

Self-Starter

Willingness to work flexible hours

Excellent working knowledge of Excel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
