Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a digital marketing expert who can execute flawless project management with potential to contribute thought leadership and participate in business development for digital marketing offerings.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Geo marketing digital leadership to oversee digital execution projects end-to-end
• Coordinate stakeholders, digital marketers, web managers, content, UX designer and web developers to ensure quality of deliverables consistent with project’s goals
• Manage project plan, budget, structure, and schedule requirements
• Ensure design and implementation timelines are met
• Facilitate digital marketing ideation and offer tactic development with internal clients and stakeholders
• Validate readiness of offered creative content
• Establish trusted long-term relationships with internal client and facilitate discussions between key stakeholders
• Establish a communication plan with the digital team and internal clients including day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to stakeholders
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risk and expeditiously resolve project issues
• Anticipate potential scope issues and proactively address internally
• Maintain the broad vision required for executing a project, including strategic thinking and leadership, to increase business satisfaction through cohesive strategies
• Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development of solutions, and potentially assist IBM in winning new business

About the Team
You will be working with a highly motivated and skilled marketing team, that is passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of experience with digital marketing, web management, or campaign execution
• Successful track record working with interdisciplinary, cross geo teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing solutions for consistent user experience and engagement across multiple channels (web, mobile, email, print, social, etc.)
• Experience working with marketing teams across different geographies
• Expert knowledge of the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve marketing problems in client industries
• Experience developing strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience overseeing marketing projects
• Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle (business case, initiation, planning, execution, change management and closure)
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Strong liaison experience with stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with defining scope and requirements for projects
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PMP certification or similar
• Experience in identifying and obtaining new business opportunities
• Familiarity with complex service engagements in digital marketing
