You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain consultant provides expertise in the implementation of Oracle Cloud supply chain and inventory management applications for all phases of the application implementation and lifecycle. ERP leads in this role are well versed and have expertise in solutioning client requirements through clever configuration of the applications and strategic use of PaaS extensions when necessary. For projects containing PaaS, the lead will draft functional requirements for the technical build. This is a delivery and client facing role and would primarily support our Healthcare Provider clients.

Design and configuration of supply chain ERP applications

Leading workshops; interacting with client; educating on implementation methodology

Complete functional design including documentation for configuration, functional specifications and test scripts for SaaS/ PaaS projects
Candidates should have the following skills: * *

Healthcare Provider/ Payer implementation experience a must
-
Been in a lead role on implementation projects, reporting up to a project leader and client executives
-
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end supply chain business processes – including vendor and item master governance and maintenance, contract management (especially supporting GPO arrangements), sourcing, procurement, par management, warehouse management, fulfillment, inventory analytics, EDI transaction sets, consignment management, recall tracking and barcoding

Strong background leading and participating in supply chain transformation working alongside business subject matter experts

Experience in delivering high quality project deliverables and outcomes on time and on budget

Experience developing Cloud Supply Chain solution designs and ability to configure solutions that are scalable, agile and high performing

Individual will ideally be a thought leader in the healthcare supply chain space and be able to serve as a trusted advisor for clients

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to present content, solutions and recommendations comfortably to a variety of audiences at differing levels.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $105,000 to $208,000 and is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
