Position Highlights
Bring your high energy and enthusiasm to our fast paced contact centre where achieving First Call Resolution is a key customer
service target. The Customer Contact Representative II Driver Licensing will provide first contact customer service for a diverse
range of enquiries related to driver licensing, BC Services Cards, and road safety initiatives.
Exceptional customer service skills along with the ability to multi-task and think critically are essential. Strong analytical,
listening, questioning, and organization skills are also required. Previous contact centre or customer services experience is
strongly preferred. Familiarity with driver services, BC Services Cards, or road safety initiatives would be an asset. Please note
these positions require sitting for extended periods of time and wearing a telephone headset.
Please note this position is partially remote (after completion of training), and requires location in Victoria or surrounding areas.
The position is based out of 910 Government Street, Downtown Victoria.
Shifts will be scheduled 3-4 days per week, within the hours of operation. Full time training will take place over 12 weeks from
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Current operational hours are as follows:
Part time hours of work may range up to 75% of regular bi-weekly hours.
