We have exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to join the Claims Contact Centre as a Customer Service Adjuster! In
this essential role, you will be the first contact for customers reporting a claim to ICBC. Your natural empathy and well developed
communication skills will aid you in supporting our customers initiating or inquiring about an existing claim. Responsibilities
include initiating the claim file, collecting first notice of loss information, and adjusting straight-forward claims that can be
resolved at first contact or redirecting the claim to the appropriate area.
Your qualifications will include:

Hours of Operation: Twenty-Four (24) hours per day, Sunday to Saturday.
Part time base hours are up to 28 hours a week. However, in the future these hours may change due to operational needs.
Shifts will be scheduled within these hours of operation.

consecutive full-time weeks (Monday to Friday, time TBD). Only candidates able to provide full time availability for the full
duration of training will be considered.
