ICF seeks a Data Report Specialist who will work on a national technical assistance project. The goal of the project is to support and enable legal representation to eligible arriving Afghans across the country and to expand the legal community’s skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Data Report Specialist will provide a wide range of data analysis, visualization and consultation services. He or she will also provide support, technical assistance, and consultation to the Operations team.

The successful individual will have experience developing and presenting user-friendly data visualizations to support improved service outcomes. He or she will support the Quality Management Team and facilitate delivery of timely and high-quality work products. This position reports to the Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports using data from the case tracking system, LMS, and site visits including data visualizations that support data-driven decision-making

• Respond to all requests for information from federal sources

• Work with management team, client, and stakeholders to develop targeted data analysis plans

• Provide data visualizations and facilitate focused data consultation sessions that help the leadership team and client to understand and use their data to drive program and process decisions.

• Contribute to regular project reporting and support for activities related to the project’s evaluation, including data collection and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, social work, public administration, or relevant field

• 4+ years professional work experience with at least 2+ years of experience in providing data analysis, data visualization and/or Continuous Quality Improvement

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in social work, public administration, or other advanced degree in a related field

• Exceptional data analytics skills

• Experience with reporting and data analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Solid team builder and team player with proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholder needs.

• Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on TA project management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact and diplomacy.

• Proficient with MS office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is

$56,467.00 – $95,993.00
