Scientific Working Group and Committee (SWG-C) Coordinator
The SWG-C Coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team overseeing the activities under a program supporting the NIH contract providing Coordination, Communication and Operations Support. The SWG-C will provide coordination and administrative support to the scientific working groups and committees. The SWG-C Coordinator will support the following tasks:
Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings including scheduling, developing meeting materials, disseminating information, taking minutes, and working with committee leads to track action items and ongoing committee issues/tasks.
Maintain electronic membership and email lists for working groups and committees.
Maintain and update online informational resources by updating content through a content management system (CMS). Information may include meeting calendars, project/study descriptions, and project status updates.
Respond to inquiries from investigators, group members, and client staff.
Support program tracking including status of publications, committee/working group action items and issue tracking.
Work with the CCOS Project Manager and Lead Coordinator to find efficient ways to manage meetings including
Identify new system features to improve user experience, provide support to test new features and collaborate with IT resources to report and resolve website and user issues.
Required Qualifications Experience and Skills:
1 year of experience managing and coordinating projects/tasks
1 year of experience taking meeting minutes/notes for highly technical/scientific meetings
1 year of experience developing meeting materials
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in a scientific field of study.
Experience supporting scientific committees or working groups
Experience working at or with NIH or HHS
Experience taking meeting minutes/notes for highly technical/scientific meetings

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is –
$45,528.00-$77,398.00
