ICF’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to assist our Project Managers in controlling federal project activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate timely onboarding of resources to the projects.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Facilitate communication flow across program/project interfaces
Coordinate deployments and liaison activities with customer interactions
Support project functions by preparing presentations, documents, and other materials as needed
Perform administrative functions such as preparing minutes, monitoring deliverables and other administrative tasks as needed
Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Extensive experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc )
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust per Federal contract requirements
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of Project Coordination experience, preferably in the IT professional services industry.

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is –
