Job Title: Senior Workforce Analyst
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Workforce Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce management strategies and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. This position involves leading a team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Forecasting:
Lead the development of comprehensive workforce plans and forecasts to align staffing levels with business needs.
Analyze historical data and market trends to make accurate predictions about future workforce requirements.
Capacity Planning:
Collaborate with department heads to assess workload demands and resource constraints.
Develop strategies to optimize workforce capacity, ensuring that staffing levels meet operational requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workforce allocation and utilization.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights.
Create and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending improvements.
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
Team Leadership:
Directly manage one to two direct reports, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Technology Integration:
Evaluate and implement workforce management technologies to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce management technology.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Operation and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and interpretation.
Previous experience leading a team of analysts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in workforce management software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$54,397.00 – $92,475.00
