We are a small group of companies with 4 businesses in our portfolio. We are seeking an organized professional with a multiple skill sets to work alongside our Managing Directors to drive company growth and improve business processes.
The ideal candidate has varied experience in administration, sales, marketing and operations.
The day to day duties are diverse and often times project based. The vast majority of your time will be spent filling gaps in our portfolio companies in marketing & administration. Spare time will be spent on special projects for the various portfolio companies as needed.

Have strong knowledge and experience with both online and offline marketing
Understands the business development process and how it varies for different industries
Enjoys being involved in a variety of different business segments (marketing, operations, administration, sales)
Have the ability to organize yourself for up to a week and work independently – but also be able to work alongside senior team members to help drive company initiatives
Wants to develop a varied skill set and learn about the fundamentals of running a business
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to convey details in a concise and professional manner suitable to the intended audience.
You are personable and outgoing. Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish overall collaborative working relationship.
Attention to Detail. Does not let important details slip through the cracks.
Task Completion: You ensure assigned tasks are completed even when awaiting internal response.
Highly proficient Microsoft products & digital technologies (Gsuite, google, Monday)
Here is an example of some duties:
Please note that regular duties will make up 50% of this role – the other 50% will be project/assignment based
Be involved and lead the way in our online and offline marketing initiatives for the various companies
Play a lead in business development for 1-2 of our portfolio companies
Assist our Managers with preparation of proposals by assisting in analyzing project scope and having discussions with internal team
Reach out to grow centers of influence for our companies
Ensure administrative procedures are adhered to in our various companies – fill in gaps in less mature companies
Act as an assistant to our Director and General Managers on an as needed basis to drive company objectives
Assist in managing social media platforms for the various companies
Organize marketing projects as assigned by the director
Assist Managing Director with various projects on an an ongoing basis
