The Maintenance Supervisor will perform maintenance related tasks as required to ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical and mechanical equipment. The position will involve some weekend work and will be required to cover shifts as necessary. The Maintenance Lead will ensure PM’s and work orders are completed in a timely manner.

• Use technical manuals, blue prints, and engineering sketches as required

• Perform repair of mechanical and electrical equipment

• Plan, schedule and assign PM’s and WO’s

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability of conveying systems, rotating equipment, fans, pneumatics, packaging equipment (50lb bagger, palletizer and stretch wrapper) and more

• Contact and coordinate mechanical and/or electrical contractors

• Understand principles of and troubleshoot process instrumentation (flow meters, thermocouples, pressure transmitters, etc.)

• Manage and organize storeroom inventories

• Develop PM’s when necessary

• Organize MP2 assets and parts, create naming scheme

• Act as maintenance rep on all capital projects

• Assist in training of all maintenance personnel

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

• Ability to use technical manuals, blue prints, and engineering sketches as required

• Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability – 480 volt and lower

• Understanding of electric motors and motor systems

• Basic instrumentation knowledge such as level, flow, temperature and PLCs

• Able to stick and mig weld (Stainless welding a plus)

• Experience with CMMS

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

Job Level: Job Level 13

Salary Range: $52,445 – $84,980

Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions
