o Entry level publishing experience is acceptable
o Background in communications is helpful
o Experience putting existing content on different platforms (examples: Canva, Yammer, SharePoint). For example: Worker receives a job/schedule and are tasked with distributing/publishing the content onto various platforms. Platform innovation. Has an interest in publishing and basic coordination. Expectation is for this role to evolve and there will be on the job training so they need someone who is able to quickly learn and adapt
