Back-end development including configuring Magento 1.X and 2.X installations, updating installations, installing security patches, installing extensions, developing custom extensions, etc. Front-end development using PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 as needed to develop new functionality. Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, indexes etc. using MySQL and/or MS SQL. Configure and maintain NGINX and/or Apache web servers. Proactively find and fix website bugs/issues. Assist other business units with website related issues and special projects as needed. Coordinate and communicate with other departments and team members, including Web Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, and Sales. Familiarity with and adherence to web standards and best practices. Understand the methods and procedures of programming in conjunction with ICM’s internal applications and software. Skills & Qualifications: At least 12 months of professional experience in ecommerce website design and backend development. Familiarity and experience with PHP web frameworks and MySQL. (Magento experience is desired but not a requirement). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, and MySQL for implementing database-driven, web-based applications. Understand HTML5, CSS3, SQL, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, ASP. Extended experience in Windows Server, Linux Desktop and Server Distributions ; eg. LAMP Stack.
