Seeking an Data Entry Operator in Canton, MS! The ideal candidate would be a reliable collaborative team player who is excited to join a dynamic organization experiencing exponential growth.

Full Time: 40 hours per week
Starting pay: $19.00/hr. (weekly pay + full benefits)
Assignment Length: 1 year Contract-W2
Position Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Canton, MS 100% On site
Work Schedule: Mon- Friday

This role’s primary function is as a Data Entry Operator who will operate keyboard-controlled data entry devices such as a computer, key-operated magnetic tape, or disc encoder to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing. Job task requires skill in operating an alphanumeric keyboard, and an understanding of transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operates data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry, verification, and related clerical duties. This is an entry-level position.
• Frequently reports to a Data Entry Operator Senior or Data Entry Supervisor.
• Develop a strong ability to navigate through various computer functions including accessing and utilizing web browser.
• Accurately, and efficiently, perform data entry of information from a variety of forms as directed by the supervisor.
• Proficient with cover sheeting; labeling and batching; and preparing data entered records for document imaging and retrieval.
• Identify and submit potential problems or issues to appropriate level of management.
• Must be comfortable in a factory environment and able to walk and stand for substantial portions of the day.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years experience
