To achieve our vision and growth, we are on the look-out for a driven and ambitious Sales Co- Ordinator with a passion for growth and sales to join our commercial team. The Sales Co-Ordinator is a key role within the commercial team, scheduling & co-ordinating tours and achieving sales across Iconics diverse selection of products/ packages over the phone.
The successful candidate will have a passion for excelling in customer satisfaction, ensuring enquiries and bookings are dealt and completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
As a first point of contact within the sales process, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Iconic Offices brand and client experience is a must. Lead generation and maintaining a healthy lead and tour pipeline utilising our internal CRM will be key to achieving success. You will qualify private office enquiries as well as oversee all aspects of the flex services sales process from generating/ receiving enquiries, completing from start to finish by co-ordinating with the onsite teams at various locations, working towards a seamless consistent and smooth execution of all client requirements to ensure they have the best possible experience with Iconic Offices.
The ideal candidate will be extremely positive, capable and an organised person who can remain calm in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the services manager and report directly to the sales manager.
