Full-Service Team Sports Apparel & Manufacturing company is looking for candidate to fill a Customer Service / Administration Role. Position is Full Time. Need to work onsite in Whippany NJ. Our clients included regional and national schools, sports clubs, and a variety of athletic organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work with internal systems to become an expert in order entry and processing
· Provide customers with accurate information regarding order and shipping status
· Assist with maintaining accurate job status in multipule order processing systems

Requirements:

· Experience working in customer service
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite as well as other programs (Experience with Shopworx OnSite, Shopify, Squarespace, OMG a plus)
· Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
· Prior experience with Apparel, Clothing and or their decoration would be helpful.
· Excellent Time Management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
