Main Duties:
Proactively resource candidates for active vacancies as well as pipelining talent relevant to the different areas of the business
Handle candidates CVs using our HR / Recruitment software-screening and arranging candidate interviews, also guiding candidates through the recruitment process
Assisting with the interview process to assess candidate qualifications, skills and previous work experience history
Using video interviewing technology and assessments to shortlist and select candidates. Proactively understanding current business requirements.
Daily use of internal HR Management software system and recruitment tools.
Interact and liaise with internal managers on a regular basis.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a recruiting and sourcing
Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
Strong organisation skills and a methodical approach to all tasks
Strong desire to succeed.
Resilience, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to operate in a high paced environment.
Working to tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritise workload to ensure efficient delivery of candidates.
Benefits:
Full-time (37.5 h) from Monday to Friday, no weekend work
