The Payroll Associate performs a wide variety of record keeping. Duties may include reconciling payroll journal entries, tax accounts, and company tax review for balancing of tax corrections.

• Assists job site with payroll questions
• Assist with Distribution of weekly pay checks/stubs
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Reconcile vacation accrual amounts
• Process Garnishments – entered and paid timely & accurately
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Construction payroll processing experience is preferred
• In house payroll processing experience is preferred
• Multi-state tax experience preferred
• Accounting/General Ledger knowledge preferred
