Our client is a global company specialising in online research, delivering valuable data and analysis to help their clients make informed decisions. They have grown considerably after being established more than 20 years ago and their continued growth presents exciting opportunities to join their regional team in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with online (survey based) market research methods, looking to develop further their research consulting and project management skills. In this role you’ll lead a key account in the Tech space, working closely with the client’s consumer insights team to understand business needs and converting this into research designs. You will split your time between project management, client management and research design /delivery.

Roles/Responsibilities:

In this role you will take on some or all of the following responsibilities:

• Understanding client needs, consulting them and incorporating requirements into research design
• Providing information and/or education to clients around online research methodologies and best practices
• Managing internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers, to ensure smooth project set up and management
• Managing and planning complex studies involving multiple stakeholders
• Conducting kick off meetings with clients to finalise project specifications
• Effectively managing research projects and ensuring high quality delivery within agreed timelines.
• Providing proactive communication and progress updates to clients
• Proactively identifying and anticipating problems and resolving promptly

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in quantitative market research, project management or online data collection /fieldwork
• Understanding of basic research concepts, ideally involving questionnaire designing and online surveys
• Ability to develop rapport with client teams, successfully managing client expectations and building strong working relationships
• Ability to work productively and meet deadlines
• Strong project management orientation, managing a wide range of stakeholders to “get the job done”
• Experience with relevant tools e.g. Spss, Excel etc
