As a Property Administrator at Accessible Properties, you are vital in ensuring the organisation’s mission to provide suitable properties for those with disabilities and social support needs. You play a key role in the efficiency of the Wellington Region and organisation-wide responsibilities, serving as the backbone for administrative and secretarial functions.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build good professional rapport quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to be proactive, show initiative and have great attention to detail.
• Time management and prioritisation skills with the capability to manage multiple duties and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in an administration or reception role, with a high level of competence in MS Office Suite.
