We are currently seeking an energetic and personable Administration Coordinator with previous administration or clerical experience to hit the ground running within our fast-paced and varied office environment.
Based at our IDEA Services Whakatane branch, you will be involved in general administration and reception duties, financial reconciliations, accounts and payroll processing, cash handling, Health and Safety and filing.
You will be joining an energetic team environment where we support each other and celebrate the wins as a team. We work hard but know how to have some fun while doing so!
