IHH Healthcare Hiring For Senior Corporate Client Officer at Singapore Full Time

To perform Corporate/Government Agencies Accounts Receivables

• Sent Statement of Accounts to the respective Corporate/Government Agencies
• Liase with Corporate/Government Agencies Clients via emails, fax and telephone to inform on overdue payments
• Liase with Patient Account Officers for any missing documents and/or billing errors raised by Corporate/Government Agencies
• Assist Corporate/Government Agencies with any billing and claim documents queries.
• Consistent follow-up of Account Receivables and achieving KPI as assigned.
• Tasks as assigned by superiors

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum ‘A’ level or equivalent.
• Good literacy in computer usage
• Pass in Mathematics
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Added advantage with the following :

1. Bilingual
2. Experience with handling Corporate Client Accounts
3. Experience in the healthcare industry
