To perform Corporate/Government Agencies Accounts Receivables
- Sent Statement of Accounts to the respective Corporate/Government Agencies
- Liase with Corporate/Government Agencies Clients via emails, fax and telephone to inform on overdue payments
- Liase with Patient Account Officers for any missing documents and/or billing errors raised by Corporate/Government Agencies
- Assist Corporate/Government Agencies with any billing and claim documents queries.
- Consistent follow-up of Account Receivables and achieving KPI as assigned.
- Tasks as assigned by superiors
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum ‘A’ level or equivalent.
- Good literacy in computer usage
- Pass in Mathematics
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Added advantage with the following :
1. Bilingual
2. Experience with handling Corporate Client Accounts
3. Experience in the healthcare industry
