We are looking to welcome co-workers to join our fantastic Customer Service Team.

In the IKEA world, we call this position a Customer Services Co-worker.

Expected Starting Date: 20th February 2022

WHAT WE OFFER

• €12.90 basic hourly rate
• Living Wage Foundation Employer

20 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends (daytime availability preferred)
24 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends (afternoon availability preferred)
30 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends (afternoon availability preferred)

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be dealing with returns, collection point, home delivery & customer resolutions for any issue that may occur.

• You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
• You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
• Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
• Ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
• Build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
• Click and Collect – checking orders are accurately picked.
